Dream on

I tried to get inspired to clean my room (or at least organise my mess) so did what you should always not do when you have a job at hand 1. Went online 2. checked what's been happening with The Selby.

What I ended up with was mismatched but way dreamy combinations (like Jaimie Campbell in Pharells pool in Mexico - ohhright) and photos of myself laying on the floor procrastinating.



Latest news: Woodstock NYE house party. Going to have a photo field day! Need some party inspiration. The thought of hosting a 'party' is giving me hives, or headaches, so am going to stick with the term 'gathering'. What kind of gatherings are y'all going to to welcome in the beginning of a new decade?

This was my weekend give or take a traditional Friday night unofficially-official Spinsters dinner + a too late a Saturday eve laying under the stars in the backyard.

Various sources. I had a slight lapse in picture saving but am now back in full swing. Addiction, guilty pleasure, obsession, therapy, inspiration, word replacement, connections, revelations etc etc.

One of my faourite things to do. I go through a few of my albums and select the pictures that for one reason or another tug at me. If I love the image I sometimes try make myself 'feel' it...but in the end I feel as though to include it would be cheating and defeats the purpose of the activity. I've made it sound like some spiritual process but when I think about it that's almost exactly what it is. I can't often speak what I feel but can definately see it. When I look at the group of pictures as a whole I can get a general sense of my mood or where my minds at. Not sure about this particular lot...will have a ponder.
