Even on the most exhausting of days I often stop and realise, I really like my life. 

Being separated from your normal routine and environment causes you to stop a little more regularly than usual so you can imagine the deep contentment I felt as I lazily sat in a steam room on the 27th floor of a beautiful hotel (post gym & swim) imagining where I would let my feet lead me around the city and it's suburbs for the next couple of sunny days. 

From the first moment I stepped out of the lobby I noticed the abundance of green leaves on the trees, especially for Autumn (which we seem to be putting off) and I'm telling you, it did not stop following me! It is such a wonderful colour, my favourite in fact - and I think the universe must have known that.

This time in a week! Miss Unkon really was a dream to photograph last year. Body paint, braids and all the prettiest, fresh faced models. As I'm going through my RAFW 2011 archive I realise I must have been somewhat in the middle of a melt down (in fact, yes I remember, I definitely was) as I don't seem to have shared much of what I shot with you guyz...I'm giving permission for trolling and pestering comments as motivation to stay on top of it this time round.  I drafted this last night and went to sleep hoping I'd wake up with something new to say about this frosted pastel, sweet as sugar, flower toned thing that is unavoidably and undeniably everywhere right now - but instead I have Christina Aguilera playing on loop in my head.

Clearly I am just another small speck in the mass of photographers, bloggers, fellow models and just about everyone else who crosses Hanneli Mustapartas path to have one not-so-small heart warming crush on her. I still remember how she and I shared the same grey Acne tank back in 2009...and I posted about it, of course.
I am loving the few white on white street style snaps I have come across from New York Fashion Week. Glacier colours look as fresh as ever when they are put in a New York kinda context.

This one may lack the crisp edge that Miss Mustaparta pulled out of the cupboard and if I'm going to turn this around and make it about me, which I will, can relate to more with the softer silhouette, cream tones, thrown together, I actually want to be warm, comfortable, practical, no name appeal.

How can you not be in love with everything that's going on here?? I love the way my heart feels light and eyes fresh and soothed after browsing the many forms of Miss Moss <-- click it, now, go on, treat your self.
