What used to be an overwhelming, time consuming/wasting (but completely neccesary) trawl through net-a-porter has now been mastered down to an artful click and super swift scan of each page, immediately being able to recognise what is 'me' and ignoring what is not - as beautiful and luxe as it all may be.

Above is the cull of what I would work into my current wardrobe for a fresh start to Spring...it is already in the air. LOVES it

Speaking of things in the air, last week I had the life knocked out of me with a sudden case of swine flu. I think I had been slowing down before for other reasons but now that I am better will hopefully be back on blogging bandwagon.

just the way it is

Putting together a few photos from my outfit inspo/sartorialist folder I tried to figure out what ties my photos together...the only thing I could see for this particular lot were legs.They're everywhere!
After losing what boobs I had and loved (yeah I dunno what your thinking about that comment but whatevs I'm a woman and I really do love feeling that way ;) )when I lost some weight, I turned to t-shirts and higher necklines but compensating with shorter hemlines. One asset at a time ladies. I have now regained some of what was lost but have generally kept with this outfit proportion.

3 parties tonight, 3 diff outfits, 3 recently single friends, and will be waking up to a 29 degree (celcius) "winter" day tomorrow.

Wrist(and finger) junk is all the go at the moment and on other people I quite like, if not occasionaly admire, it. My personal daily jewellery routine includes a simple bangle, watch and bracelet on the one wrist but in saying that I am all about the single statement piece...with maybe a couple of very subtle supporting acts for some depth.

Hadn't had much time mith my baby (450d) so we had a quick bonding sesh on Sat with a few of the results seen above

I love the sense of clean crisp air and spaaaccce. And the yummy colours. Anyone else over office life? I am planning my escape but in the mean time must continue working to fund it.
