Compositing Breakdown (T&S) from Alex Roman on Vimeo.
I probably am not educated enough in the area of CGI to give this a valid critique but to me its absolutely mind blowingly amazing...was honestly haunted by the beauty of some of the frames and to think its done by one man and his pc. Incredible. This "Compositing Breakdown" gives a small glimpse into the process.
New discovery, so lacking knowledge on the artist/form/process, but about to go for a trip down google lane and see what I can pull up. Will be sure to share any essential viewing.
ETA Watch the movie, its 12 minutes of absolute eyegasms.

Brain is slightly scattered right now but muchos love for this delightfully hot weather. Please understand the gaps in posting, the ocean has got my undivided attention for the next little while...athough I do need to regroup sooner or later as have MANY photos to share which come complete with fond memories to relive.
Was meant to be taking photos of my necklaces and some how ended up with a self portrait. I think I don't mind it because half of my face is covered and I'm liking the lo res grainy contrasty look right now. Might do a group of these type shots at some stage. Basically just enjoying playing with editing styles.

One of my faourite things to do. I go through a few of my albums and select the pictures that for one reason or another tug at me. If I love the image I sometimes try make myself 'feel' it...but in the end I feel as though to include it would be cheating and defeats the purpose of the activity. I've made it sound like some spiritual process but when I think about it that's almost exactly what it is. I can't often speak what I feel but can definately see it. When I look at the group of pictures as a whole I can get a general sense of my mood or where my minds at. Not sure about this particular lot...will have a ponder.

Final outfit for final day at work. New year = new career.
Sorry about the dodgy 'mirror-ing' (+ colouring....oops). I must have set up the shot at two different times hence different angle that I couldn't seem to make symterical. Let your eyes relax so much so that they blur in preparation to fall out, then look again. Lines up perfectly right? Right.
i want that one
Latest addition to my wardrobe. White, light fabric, sheer panels at mid section, reasonable price - really, how do you expect I could say no?! I did think it through and justified it for its versatile nature...
- Loose jacket over dresses/shorts & tank on those nights where there's a slight nip in the air
- Long shirt with leggings for times when its on the coolER side but has the chance of heating up at any given moment (Australia quite often = 4 seasons in one day for those unaware) in which case leggings can simply be slipped off to become...
- Floaty dress with sandals OR boots OR heels which would suit throwing on to go get a latte just as much as it would a night out on the town.
Am on the hunt for the perfect black maxi. Soft drapey fabric that hangs just right, lowish back, easy to wear. Any suggestions?

Inspiration for shoot I want to shoot and style ASAP. Adore the Gucci pants with grey hoodie...flawless combination.
Happy new year lovely people of the world! Hope everyone is as excited as I am for what is to come this year. Make sure you are doing what you love, life is too short for anything less. EYES ON THE PRIZE!
