What a beautiful weekend it was. Laying in the grass, drinking tea and sangria (not always in that order), frying polenta, poaching eggs, sitting on the balcony, staring at the fields, chasing cows, dirt roads, mountains, valleys, a giant wooden swing, chocolate bunnies, the ocean, the wind, a wooden cabin, duck egg blue bed linen, falling sweetly asleep to the sounds of Melody Gardot...all with my love at my side.
